I made my first vest in 2016, the following year I made vests number three and four.

Since then, I have made a total of 16 (working on no 17 atm) regular battlevests and 2 “long battlevests” / “battlevestcoats”. 

I have also made about 11 vests or jackets and 1 “battlekilt” for friends and family members.

On January 1, 2019, I created the Instagram account Patches and Vest, where in the beginning only shared pictures of my own vests and patches that I bought.

I soon started sharing pictures of other people’s vests as well. Today the Instagram account has over 30,000 followers and is continuously increasing and I have shared over 6000 pictures of various patched items such as vests, jackets, bags and kilts.

The next step was this website and store.

Patches and Vests Sweden, the idea is to initially sell used and new patches/pins from my private stock and in the future also sell new merchandise from various bands and manufacturers of official merchandise.
